LLC "Medpharma Plus" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Procurement Specialist.
Work schedule: Full-time
Work location: Tbilisi, D. Uznadze 76 / O. Dgebuadze 1.
Remuneration: Fixed salary + bonus (dependent on qualifications).
Main duties and responsibilities
- Implementation of international and local purchases;
- Interaction with existing suppliers - planning of purchases and control of accompanying processes;
- Evaluation and forecasting of existing sales data;
- Search for new suppliers;
- Creation of a database of manufacturers in the commodity group, study and processing of the full range of suppliers, determination of their advantages;
- Implementation of the procurement process in accordance with the existing standard; production of procurement-related documentation;
- Production of the supplier database;
- Search/processing of new brands;
- Analysis of competitors' prices and opportunities;
- Search for products in accordance with requirements;
- Monthly reporting to the direct supervisor.
Qualification requirements
- Higher medical education (pharmaceutical education is desirable);
- 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Good knowledge of foreign languages (English);
- Proficiency in office programs;
- Effective communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to organize processes;
- Creativity and teamwork skills.
