Function-responsibilities:
Ensuring compliance of the Corporation's activities with the current legislation; Legal support for the implementation of corporate governance standards; Ensuring that the Corporation and its subsidiaries comply with the requirements of the Georgian Law "On Entrepreneurs" and preparing/producing relevant corporate documentation; Providing legal support to the structural units of the Corporation; Developing a legal framework for business-supporting activities to be implemented by the Corporation; Preparing draft normative acts within the scope of competence; Preparing draft local or international contracts, agreements, and memoranda, or conducting their legal expertise within the scope of the Corporation's activities; Representing and protecting the Corporation's legitimate rights and interests in all courts of instance, as well as in relations with third parties (including citizens and administrative bodies); Reviewing and/or participating in the review of complaints, letters, and statements from interested persons within the scope of competence and according to the established procedure, and preparing decisions (responses) thereto; Issuing public information according to the procedure established by legislation.
Education: Higher education (Bachelor's degree) in Law.
Work experience:
At least 5 years of experience working as a Legal Counsel; Experience working in a managerial position will be considered an advantage. Experience working in the field of corporate governance and securities market law will be considered an advantage.
Foreign language: Knowledge of English at C1 level;
