Receptionist, Breakfast Cook

Hotel "Gallery Inn Old Tbilisi" is announcing a vacancy:

1. Receptionist

Job Description:

• To receive, accommodate and bid farewell to guests according to the hotel's established standards;
• To receive reservations,
• To register guests in the system and perform relevant software and financial operations;
• To establish effective communication with guests;
• To provide guests with desired information about rooms and tariffs, as well as other facilities and services available in the hotel;
• To effectively provide information to the Front Desk Manager;
• To produce reports necessary for efficient work.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of English, knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage;
• Experience working in a similar position
• Good communication skills;
• Sense of responsibility;
• Ability to work in a team;

Remuneration: 1000

2. Breakfast Cook

Main duties:

• To prepare dishes according to the breakfast menu
• To prepare cold and hot breakfast positions
• To replenish and control the buffet
• To control the quality and expiration dates of products
• To maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• To control inventory and order necessary products

Qualification requirements:

• Experience working in a similar position (desirable)
• Ability to work quickly and organized
• High sense of responsibility
• Ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of hygiene standards

Work schedule: 6 working days, from 07:00 to 13:00 Remuneration: 1200
