Courier Management Coordinator

"Oishi Sushi" is announcing a vacancy for a Courier Management Coordinator (Team Lead) position!

We are a rapidly growing Japanese restaurant chain and are looking for 3 new members to ensure the smooth operation of our delivery service. If you have experience working in logistics and want to manage dynamic processes, join us!

Location: Tbilisi

Employment type: Full-time / shift work

Remuneration: 7.5 GEL per hour

Main responsibilities:

• Managing couriers: finding, selecting, and familiarizing new couriers with working conditions;

• Dispatching: real-time distribution of orders received from the site to operators;

• Monitoring: controlling couriers' live location and movement;

• Service quality: controlling the time it takes for a courier to deliver an order from a branch and hand it over to a customer (Service Time);

• Communication: connecting with customers about delayed or early deliveries; receiving feedback;

• Controlling payments: verifying amounts transferred by customers (screen control) and calculating couriers' weekly earnings;

• Administration: managing couriers' schedules and recording processes in Google Drive.

Who we are looking for:

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics/delivery;

• Ability to work in high-traffic conditions (large number of orders);

• Experience in managing a small team and leadership skills;

• Proficient in Google Drive/Sheets;

• Responsible, energetic, and detail-oriented.

• Fluent in Georgian;
• Knowledge of English will be considered a priority
