Job vacancy: Intern Procurement Manager position

Company "Infracon" operates in the infrastructure sector and produces construction works.

The company is looking for a motivated, energetic, and organized young professional for the Procurement Manager position.

Main responsibilities:

Job description:

• Processing orders received from objects and ensuring the provision of relevant materials;
• Communication with suppliers, negotiation of prices and terms;
• Preparation and control of procurement documentation;
• Management of inventory and ensuring optimal quantities;
• Ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• Sending, receiving, and submitting documentation to relevant departments as needed;
• Planning and coordination of transportation process together with the Transport Department;
• Preparation of daily reports and submission to management;
• Cost analysis and ensuring savings;

Qualification requirements:

• High-level knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
• Driving license;

Personal qualities:

• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to quickly absorb new information and develop.

Working conditions:

• Internship duration: 3 months
• Work schedule: Full-time
• Salary: Fixed 700 GEL
• Benefit: Upon successful completion of the internship, the possibility of employment in a permanent position will be considered.
