Job conditions:

• Position: IT Support specialist
• Work schedule: onsite, Monday to Friday - 10:00 - 19:00.
• Office address: Tbilisi, Vaja-Pshavela Avenue.

Main functions:

• Providing technical assistance to company employees (onsite and remotely);
• Installation, configuration, and diagnostics of computer equipment (Desktop/Laptop), peripheral devices (printer, scanner);
• Setup of operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS) and office programs;
• User management in Active Directory or Azure AD (Entra ID) (password recovery, access assignment);
• Monitoring of the internal network (LAN/Wi-Fi) and basic troubleshooting;
• Timely processing and response to requests received in the Ticketing system;
• Preparing the work environment for new employees (Onboarding);
• Ensuring employee Offboarding processes;

Qualification requirements:

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems;
• Detailed knowledge of computer hardware and the ability to determine damage; ** Basic knowledge of network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN);
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive); • Google Workspace: administration of office programs, Outlook, and cloud services. • Familiarity with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP);
• iOS and Android: setting up corporate email (Outlook) and security certificates on mobile devices;
• Experience working with Helpdesk systems: experience with programs such as Jira Service Management, Zendesk, or similar;
• English language skills (technical level) are desirable;

Skills:

• Ability to quickly identify and resolve problems (Troubleshooting);

• Effective communication skills and service orientation;

• Organizational skills and ability to work on several tasks simultaneously;

• High sense of responsibility;

Will be considered an advantage:

• Possession of relevant certificates (CompTIA A+, CCNA, Microsoft Fundamentals);

• ITIL or similar type of certificate will be considered an advantage;
