Location: Tbilisi, University St. #6 (Vake-Saburtalo)
Work schedule: Full-time, 6 days a week, Monday-Friday 9:00-17:00, Saturday 9:00-13:00
Monthly salary: from 1300 GEL (paid in hand)
Job description:
Timely and adequate response to incoming calls. Providing accurate and comprehensive information on incoming calls. Providing information on spare parts and standard service prices within the competence, redirecting to the relevant employee if necessary. Redirecting customers or providing their contact information and requests to the vehicle sales service. Maintaining a registry of communication with customers/potential customers. Performing other tasks and instructions related to activities as assigned by the direct supervisor as needed.
Qualification requirements and experience:
Higher education is desirable; Knowledge of office programs; Knowledge of Russian and English at a communicative level. At least 1 year of experience in a similar field. Good presentation and communication skills in Georgian are required.
