Position purpose:

The Information Center Manager is the university's "first point of contact": courteously serves visitors and incoming calls, provides accurate information on behalf of the university, and ensures the smooth operation of the Front Desk.

Main responsibilities:

Timely and courteous service to visitors and incoming calls; Providing accurate and correct information on behalf of the university; Redirecting calls and visitors to relevant persons or services if necessary; Ensuring the organization of the workspace (Front Desk) and the availability of informational materials; Performing other functions determined by the university's legal acts within the competence.

Qualification requirements:

Education: Higher education - Bachelor's or equivalent academic degree. Work experience: Experience in the service sector or similar position is desirable.

Knowledge:

Good knowledge of office programs (Microsoft Word, Excel); English language proficiency at B2 level.

Required competencies:

Fluent speech; Effective communication skills; Ability to work in a stressful and busy environment; Teamwork skills.
