Service Manager

Dro Fresh Bar is a healthy food concept bar, and our main goal is to introduce healthy and quality food in Georgia.

We are looking for a Service Manager

• Only experienced candidates will be considered

• Location: Tbilisi
• Work schedule: 5 days a week

Main responsibilities

• Implement and monitor service standards in the branch and constantly improve quality;
• Control customer communication, service speed, and correct order fulfillment;
• Monitor employee discipline and adherence to hygiene standards;
• Collaborate with HR and branch managers in the candidate selection, evaluation, and team completion process;
• Adapt new employees, conduct training on service standards and menu;
• Hold regular feedback meetings with both shift teams and promote individual employee development;
• Analyze customer reviews, identify revealed shortcomings, and work on improvement;
• Effectively manage and resolve problematic situations;
• Promote team motivation and organize team activities;
• Coordinate with branch managers and shift leaders, control defect correction;
• Prepare a weekly brief report for management.

What we expect from the candidate

• Experience in the food service industry;
• Ability to train employees and manage a team;
• Effective customer communication and conflict resolution skills;
• Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail;
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a busy environment.
• Experience working in a fast-food chain or with multiple branches will be considered an advantage.
