Sales Team Lead

Company "Euro Panel Group" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Sales Team Lead.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00

Work Location: Tbilisi, S. Tsinadze str. 12, Axis Business Center;

Remuneration: Fixed + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the entire sales cycle;

• Developing and implementing sales strategy: creating long-term and short-term strategic plans based on the company's business goals;

• Managing and motivating the team: developing an effective bonus system for sales managers and team activities focused on achieving maximum results by the team;

• Employee professional development: ensuring the team's constant development (refining sales and negotiation techniques), as well as managing the effective integration of new employees;

• Controlling the efficiency of the workflow: setting individual and general goals for the sales team, monitoring daily activities, and constantly evaluating results (based on KPIs);

• Monitoring the construction market and competitors, identifying target clients and objects;

• Managing strategic clients and projects from the first contact to final settlement;

• Developing relationships with developers, general contractors, and other partners;

• Controlling the process of pricing, commercial offers, and technical agreements;

• Preparing and managing reports on sales results and financial indicators;

• Evaluating the effectiveness of the sales direction and ensuring its development;

• Systematic recording, controlling, and analyzing the sales pipeline, customer base, and daily activities;

• Reporting team results to management.

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales related to the construction sector;

• Experience in project sales, contract management, and negotiations;

• Experience in leading or mentoring a sales team; knowledge of the construction market;

• Ability to use CRM and MS Excel;

• Working knowledge of English and Russian;

• Leadership skills, commercial thinking, and result orientation.
