AACC is looking for a Brand Manager for its partner company, which has developed a new Retail network in the Household and FMCG sector.

Terms:

• Work schedule: standard - 40-hour work schedule.

• Workplace: Tbilisi, Kniaz Street N36.

• Salary budget and other benefits will be negotiated with the candidate during the first phone call.

Main responsibilities:

• Establishing and developing relationships with local and international brands, manufacturers, and suppliers;

• Conducting commercial negotiations with suppliers, agreeing on purchase prices, payment terms, and other cooperation conditions;

• Planning and coordinating product purchases and the purchasing process;

• Finding, evaluating, and initiating cooperation with new brands, products, and suppliers;

• Managing and optimizing the existing brand portfolio and product assortment;

• Analyzing product costs, markups, and profitability;

• Monitoring market trends, competitor prices, and customer demand;

• Analyzing inventory, product turnover, and sales performance, and planning purchases accordingly;

• Identifying opportunities for sales growth by brand and developing relevant commercial initiatives;

• Collaborating with the sales team to increase product sales and achieve commercial goals;

• Agreeing on joint promotional activities and special commercial offers with suppliers;

• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators for purchasing, sales, and brand profitability.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field;

• At least 3 years of experience in brand management, purchasing, category management, or a commercial field;

• Practical experience in conducting commercial negotiations with suppliers and agreeing on purchasing conditions;

• Knowledge of product assortment, pricing, and profitability management principles;

• Ability to analyze sales performance and market data;

• Good command of English, including business communication and negotiation skills;

• Good command of MS Excel.
