Warehouse Manager

"Trackings.GE" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Warehouse Manager.

We are looking for a responsible employee who will lead the warehouse team and organize daily operations.

If you have experience in warehouse processes and team management, we offer full-time employment in a developing logistics company.

Conditions:

• Workplace: Tbilisi, Orkhevi, Tengiz Chantladze 11g;

• Employment: Full-time, onsite work;

• Work schedule: 6 working days a week, 40 hours in total;

• Salary: 2,000-3,000 GEL

Main responsibilities:

• Planning daily warehouse operations and coordinating the team's work;

• Controlling the receipt, quantity, and condition of cargo, scanning, and recording;

• Organizing the placement, sorting, and timely issuance of cargo;

• Managing warehouse zones and inventory, conducting inventory;

• Identifying and resolving shortages, excesses, damages, and systemic discrepancies;

• Controlling processes on-site, resolving delays in a timely manner, and daily reporting;

• Ensuring safety rules and order in the warehouse.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the field of warehousing, logistics, or distribution;

• At least 1 year of experience in leading a team or shift;

• Knowledge of cargo receipt, sorting, issuance, and inventory processes;

• Experience working with warehouse systems, scanners, and barcodes;

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel;

• Organizational skills, accuracy, responsibility, and problem-solving abilities; willingness to be directly involved in operational processes;

• Knowledge of Russian or English, experience working with WMS/ERP systems, and in the field of courier or parcel services will be considered an advantage.
