Main responsibilities:

• Leading and controlling the operational processes of the HHH department and ensuring its smooth operation;
• Controlling the correct placement of heavy household products, prices, promotions, and compliance with advertising materials;
• Participating in the process of receiving, placing, and managing product inventory;
• Controlling product balances, losses, and write-offs, identifying discrepancies related to inventory, and taking appropriate action;
• Organizing the work process of team members, distributing tasks, controlling labor discipline, and the quality of work performed;
• Ensuring compliance with rules for the safe movement, storage, and placement of products, taking into account the specifics of heavy and bulky products.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of English at B2 level;
• Retail experience is desirable;
• Knowledge of office programs (MS Office; Excel);
• High sense of responsibility and organization;
• Ability to work in a physically active environment.
