Main functions and responsibilities:
- Forming / preparing orders recorded by sales representatives in the program for writing off.
- Software control of product stocks and monitoring of stock-related issues.
- Monitoring of promotional products and periods agreed with partners.
- Agreement of processes with the delivery service.
- Ensuring the accuracy of data on orders, sales and stocks.
- Coordination with sales, logistics and warehouse employees if necessary.
- Processing of activity-related data and preparation of required reports.
- Protection of company's internal policies, procedures and work standards.
- Performance of other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of activity
Requirements:
- Desirable work experience in the operational direction, in the distribution field
- Desirable experience in working with 1C program
- Excellent knowledge of MS EXCEL is required
