About Us TEMPO Holding is a real estate development company that focuses on improving business processes and digital transformation. We are looking for a technically strong, analytical, and proactive individual who can use AI and modern software technologies to identify business problems, automate processes, and create digital products.

Your Main Mission - In the first stage, you will study the company's existing systems and business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and create technical solutions that will increase the company's efficiency. - Key Responsibilities - Audit of existing IT systems, CRM/ERP systems, databases, and integrations; - Analysis of business processes and identification of automation opportunities; - Creation of Full-Stack web applications and internal digital tools; - Integration of APIs and various software systems; - Automation of workflows using platforms like n8n, Make, or similar; - Creation of AI-powered tools and processes; - Testing, implementation, and evaluation of solutions.

Requirements - Practical experience in Full-Stack development; - Knowledge of Frontend, Backend, REST API, and SQL databases; - Experience working with Git; - Practical use of AI/LLM and AI coding tools; - Experience with API integrations and workflow automation or relevant practical knowledge; - Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize tasks.

Preference will be given to those with knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, n8n, Docker, and cloud environments.

What Kind of Candidate Do We Need? Someone who independently finds solutions to problems, quickly creates working prototypes, and brings them to practical use. Can determine when a new system needs to be created and when an existing system needs to be integrated or automated.
