We are looking for a Construction Project Manager.
Main responsibilities:
Full cycle management of the project (planning, implementation, monitoring, completion) within the established deadlines, budget, and quality standards; Development, monitoring of the project plan, schedule, and budget; Effective coordination with parties involved in the project: hotel brand/operator, client, architects, designers, engineers, contractors, local and international consultants; Integration of brand (hotel operator) requirements and standards into the project; Revision of technical and construction documentation; Identification, analysis, response, and management of key project risks; Participation in the selection process of contractors and consultants: preparation, review of tender proposals, negotiations, and agreement with contractors; Contract management, change control; Coordination of permitting and licensing procedures with relevant authorities; Production of project documentation and reporting (including status reports for management and clients); Regular site visits and monitoring of work production.
Key requirements:
Higher education in construction, engineering, or a similar field; At least 5 years of experience in the position of complex project manager; At least 5 years of experience working on hotel development projects; High-level knowledge of English; Knowledge and experience working with MS Excel and MS Project.
