Key Responsibilities: - Valuation of real (residential, commercial, industrial objects) and movable property; - Financial analysis of operating businesses and determination of their value; - Preparation of valuation reports in accordance with international valuation standards; - Communication with clients and providing explanations on the details of the valuation process; - Market research and collection/analysis of relevant data; - Collection, systematization and reflection in the program of documentation necessary for the valuation process.
Requirements: - Higher education in the field of economics, finance or real estate management; - At least 2 years of experience in the valuation field; - Certificate issued by the Certification Body of the Centre for Professional Development of Valuers and Experts. - Good knowledge of Excel and English. - Good analytical skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and reporting skills. - High sense of responsibility and ability to perform work on time.
