Sales Manager / Sales Team Leader

"Meklobali" is announcing a vacancy for the position of: Sales Manager / Sales Team Leader - Medical Products.

Main Responsibilities:

• Forming and managing a sales team
• Setting daily/weekly goals for the sales team
• Monitoring and reporting on team productivity
• Attracting new clients and developing relationships with existing clients
• Conducting B2B sales with hospitals, clinics, medical wholesalers, and distributors
• Managing commercial offers, orders, and sales processes
• Organizing meetings with clients and field sales
• Fulfilling monthly sales plans/goals
• Monitoring and controlling payments/invoices
• Analyzing competitors and market prices
• Organizing sales of imported products from Turkey in Georgia
• Selecting, hiring, and training sales personnel as needed
• Preparing weekly/monthly sales reports for management

Qualification Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in sales
• Experience in B2B sales and the medical sector is desirable
• Experience in team management
• Experience working with targets and bonus systems
• Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate
• Ability to create and develop a client base (portfolio)
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM programs
• High-level knowledge of the Georgian language
• Knowledge of English will be considered an advantage
• Knowledge of Turkish will be considered a significant advantage
• Readiness for active field work in Tbilisi
• Having a driver's license will be considered an advantage.
