LLC "Hausmagi" is announcing a vacancy for an Administrator position at the hotel complex network "New Wave Hotel Chain".

Main responsibilities:

• Receiving and registering guests;

• Controlling reservations and verifying data;

• Providing correct information to guests (accommodation, rules, additional services, etc.);

• Identifying and assisting guests with their needs;

• Coordinating and effectively collaborating with other team members.

• Managing phone and written communication (social networks, email, platforms);

• Coordinating and effectively collaborating with other team members.

Qualification requirements:

• Experience working in a similar position at a hotel;

• Knowledge of hotel operations;

• English language proficiency (knowledge of an additional language will be considered an advantage);

Professional skills:

• Friendly;

• Responsible;

• Organized;

• Communicative;

Working conditions:

Full-time; break: 1 hour.

The company provides full meals and decent working conditions. Evening transportation is available.

The salary amount depends on the candidate's experience and compliance with the qualification requirements.
