• Schedule: Full-time, standard rate

Responsibilities:

• Control of information registered in the CRM program for compliance with the contract and/or other documents;
• Working with databases and generating various types of reports;
• Using program functions and modules to solve various tasks and support basic users in terms of control and reporting;
• Involvement in searching for various data and identifying new needs in the field of reporting
• KPI analysis, creation of reports / dashboards, their periodic review and monitoring
• Identification of notable trends based on data reflected in reports;
• On-site accounting / analysis of fixed assets, preparation of analytical indicators related to service production quality, CRM, route efficiency and customer satisfaction, and other one-time reports prepared periodically;
• Familiarization and mastering of CRM and operational programs;
• Detection of mechanical errors, anomalies and incorrect use of the program;

Qualification requirements:

• Relevant work experience with databases and information systems is desirable;
• Intermediate level knowledge of Excel is required;
• Knowledge of Power BI basics will be considered an advantage;
• Proper written and verbal communication skills are required;
• English language knowledge (B2 level) is required.
