Restaurant Manager

The restaurant "Proza" located in Kutaisi is announcing a vacancy for a Manager position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of the restaurant's development strategy;
• Manage the operations and budget of the Food and Beverage (F&B) department in accordance with established standards;
• Strategically plan, organize, and ensure coordinated work of current processes;
• Agree on the menu with the Head Chef and control the quantity and quality of food and drinks;
• Manage the procurement process, interact with suppliers, and control inventory/inventory;
• Organize and manage a full range of events of various scales;
• Effectively redistribute work processes and take full responsibility for the team's work, compile and monitor work schedules;
• Conduct training on service standards and timely provide the team with updates;
• Ensure high-quality service and constantly monitor the quality of activities;
• Control the cleanliness, sanitary and hygienic norms, and labor safety rules in the restaurant and bar;
• Analyze feedback (comments/remarks) received from guests, share information with the Head Chef and Complex Manager, and respond promptly to negative reviews;
• Conduct negotiations with the company's suppliers and customers and maintain long-term, partnership relationships.

Qualification Requirements:

• Experience working in the restaurant/F&B industry;
• At least 1 year of experience working in a managerial position;
• Knowledge of HACCP (Hasp) standards and labor safety norms and their practical application;
• Knowledge of foreign languages at a communicative level;
• Ability to produce documentation.

Working Conditions:

• Work schedule: 6 days a week (1 day off);
• Salary: negotiable (depending on experience and qualifications).
