Position purpose:

The Manager will promote the institutional development of the university: search for international and local grant opportunities, participate in the preparation of project applications, and ensure project monitoring and reporting.

Key responsibilities:

Planning and supporting university institutional development initiatives; Searching for international and local grant opportunities; Participating in the preparation of project applications; Monitoring and reporting on project implementation; Collaborating with the Quality Assurance Service; Submitting periodic reports to the head of the service; Performing other functions determined by the university's legal acts within the competence.

Qualification requirements:

Education: Master's or equivalent academic degree, preferably in international relations, public administration, or education administration. Work experience: At least 1 year of experience working in an international organization or higher education institution.

Knowledge:

Knowledge of principles of working with international organizations, programs, and donor organizations; Knowledge of strategic planning and institutional development processes; English language proficiency at B2 level (knowledge of another foreign language will be considered an advantage); Familiarity with office programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Required competencies:

Leadership and management skills; Analytical thinking; Effective communication and negotiation skills; Teamwork and coordination skills.
