What you will do

- Assist in getting to work: provide support during registration, teach the use of work systems, and help in the first days.
- Work on partners' return: contact inactive drivers and couriers, find out the reasons for the pause, and help in resuming work.
- Manage daily interactions: answer questions, involve the relevant team when necessary, and monitor the resolution of issues.
- Improve results: update data, record communications, and suggest process improvements to the team based on partner feedback.
- The ability to communicate clearly, convincingly, and attentively with people;
- Readiness for daily outgoing calls and repeated communications;
