Our showroom is located in the "Atrium" business center in Tbilisi, where we help customers create a comfortable and functional work environment. We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team and take care of customers both in the showroom and through online channels, from consultation to post-sales service.
Key Responsibilities - Greet customers visiting the showroom, determine their needs, and provide consultations; - Demonstrate products, introduce their features, functions, and advantages; - Manage the sales process from product selection to payment, receive payments in the showroom, and issue invoices; - Communicate with customers through online channels: Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, phone, email, and website chat; - Respond to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, agree on delivery and assembly details with customers; - Receive and respond to warranty, return, and other inquiries; - Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to the company's service standards.
