Company "UGT" announces a vacancy for the position of Engineer-Operator.

Main functions and responsibilities:

Meeting with service center customers and telephone communication; Managing electronic messages received at the service center and redirecting them to relevant employees; Receiving warranty and/or non-warranty equipment received at the service center, if necessary, correctly identifying (diagnosing) the cause of damage / malfunction, replacing / repairing parts; Visual inspection and acceptance of the equipment presented by the client and execution of the acceptance certificate; Communication with the client (coordination of procedures to be performed / if necessary, subscription of the paid part with the client); Verification of the equipment repaired by the engineer before handing it over to the client; Sorting of equipment / parts to be issued; Communication with client organizations of the service center in the process of receiving and handing over equipment / services; Delivery of equipment to clients on site; On-site visual inspection of equipment with the client, according to the conditions specified in the tender agreement; Performing other tasks of the manager within the competence.

Professional skills / requirements:

Knowledge of general principles of information technology; Knowledge of MS Office programs; Knowledge of Microsoft Nav is desirable.

Education:

In the field of information technology is desirable.

Languages:

Knowledge of English at B2 level; Knowledge of Russian is desirable.

Competencies:

Time management skills; Ability to quickly master new things Focus on accuracy and detail; Punctual; Organized, responsible, polite. Effective communication skills.
