Key Responsibilities - Greet customers, identify their needs, explain products and make relevant additional offers without delaying service. - Correctly use POS, cash and non-cash payment methods, open, close and reconcile the cash register. - Adhere to DFP's approved rules for passenger authorization, travel document verification, restricted products, returns and authorized transactions. - Restock shelves, check prices, labels, product condition and expiration dates. - Participate in 09:00 shift handover and count goods in designated categories in the trading floor and warehouse. - Immediately record and escalate to the manager any discrepancies, damage, incorrect posting or other irregularities. - Provide coverage agreed with other team members during colleagues' breaks and maintain continuous control of the trading floor. - Comply with confidentiality, behavior, safety and incident reporting rules.
