"Successful Georgian Business Association" (SGBA) is expanding its activities in the Inner Kartli region and establishing a regional employment platform. The goal is to support local businesses and simplify the employment process for professionals.
To achieve this goal, we are looking for an experienced, energetic, and result-oriented HR Recruiter who will manage candidate flows on the platform and actively search for talents in the region and across the country for our partner companies.
Key responsibilities:
Active and passive candidate search: processing applications received through the platform and proactive search (Active Sourcing / Headhunting) through various channels (social networks, professional groups, databases).
Management of selection stages: conducting initial phone interviews, competency-based interviews (both online and in-person).
Candidate assessment and presentation: preparing profiles of selected candidates and presenting them to partner companies.
Communication with parties: close collaboration with employer companies to study their vacancy details and select optimal candidates.
Candidate database management: updating and organizing the platform's database (CRM / internal system).
Meeting set KPIs: ensuring compliance with selection deadlines and high-quality recruitment process.
Requirements:
Work experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Hunter, or similar position (at least 2 years).
Good knowledge of modern recruitment methods and active search techniques (Direct Search).
Knowledge of Georgian Labor Code and general HR practices.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
