Job Title: Hotline Operator

Location: Tbilisi

Work Schedule: Flexible schedule.

We are looking for a hotline employee to join our team, who will ensure effective communication with customers, respond to questions, and quickly resolve technical issues.

Job Description:

• Respond to customer calls, messages, and online chats;
• Provide consultations on issues related to the use of the application, account, payment, and charging stations;
• Primary diagnosis of technical problems and referral to the relevant team;
• Collect and analyze customer feedback;
• Timely management of problematic cases and customer information;
• Record of customer appeals and problems in the internal database;
• Ensuring a high standard of service.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Basic knowledge of computer programs;
• Fluent knowledge of Georgian and English;
• Experience in customer service or working on a hotline will be considered an advantage;
• Ability to quickly understand technical issues.
