Operations Manager

MAMUSI is announcing a vacancy for the position of Operations Manager.

Remuneration: fixed 2,000 GEL per month, paid hands-on. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00-19:00, with a 1-hour break. Workplace: Tbilisi, David Bakaradze 6a.

Role This is the first person we are growing with. We are looking for someone who will manage the daily operations of the store, warehouse, and workshop. One employee will work under your supervision - a merchandising specialist. You will make daily decisions independently within the agreed rules; exceptions will be coordinated with the founders.

Your goal is to ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks and free up the founders' time for the development of the company.

About Us MAMUSI is a Georgian brand specializing in the import and sale of diamond tools for working with stone and concrete. We offer diamond saws, segments, drills, and grinding and polishing tools to our customers. We also perform saw maintenance and restoration in our own workshop.

The company has been operating since 2014. In 2023, a new stage began under the name MAMUSI, created to honor the deceased founder. The company is led by two founders with international master's degrees and experience working in Fortune 500 companies.

Now, we are building the foundation for growth: implementing Odoo, barcode and warehouse systems. Our goal is to become the №1 diamond tool brand in Georgia and then expand beyond Georgia.

What We Offer - Onsite training and support: you will learn to work with products, Odoo, and barcodes onsite. In the first week, you will work with the founders, and then gradually take over tasks with their support. - Real responsibility: the daily coordination of the store, warehouse, and workshop will be your responsibility within the agreed authorities. - Transparent working conditions: a written contract, official payment, and 24 paid vacation days per year. What You Will Do Customer service is always top priority; all other tasks are done in your free time. - You will serve customers - this is your top priority: customers will contact you in different ways: they will come to the store, call us, write to us on Facebook, make delivery orders, and more. You will help each one with product selection and complete the order. If necessary, you will ask questions - for example, what stone and what machine they work with. - You will record sales: you will reflect all sales in Odoo on the same day and issue the corresponding check. - You will coordinate with the workshop: you will receive tools and drills, prepare the necessary materials for the referral specialist - segments, copper, flux, and stickers; you will arrange the order of work and control the deadlines agreed with the customer. - You will manage inventory movement: you will replenish products in the store from the warehouse and record the movement of goods according to the agreed rules. - You will contact customers: to cover debt, receive feedback on product quality, offer additional products, and obtain recommendations. - You will receive imported goods: approximately every two months, you will receive, count, and sort goods, and if necessary, attach barcodes and take photos. In case of large volumes, you will invite assistants and coordinate their work. - You will close the working day: prepare a Z-report, close the terminal, and send a short report to the founders about sales, delays, and notable issues. - Receiving goods, moving boxes and tools, and placing them on shelves is a daily part of this job.

What We Expect From You - You will serve customers in fluent Georgian; you can understand English work texts and program instructions and prepare a short letter. - You will communicate with customers by phone and in person in a clear, polite, and specific manner. - You use Excel or Google Sheets independently and have experience using an AI assistant in real work. - When several tasks arrive at the same time, you can prioritize and meet agreed deadlines. - You are ready for the daily physical work described above. - The following will be considered an advantage: experience working in sales or customer service; knowledge of the stone, construction, or tools industry.

Asking questions and timely admitting mistakes are acceptable; we expect you to share problems with us in a timely manner and engage in solving them. During work hours, we focus on business, deadlines, and quality.
