Job conditions

• Position: Reporting and Analysis Manager
• Work schedule: Office-based, Monday to Friday - 10:00-19:00.
• Office address: Tbilisi, Vaja-Pshavela Avenue.

Key functions

• Preparation of analytical reports based on various business directions and management needs;
• Preparation, improvement, and optimization of existing periodic reports, as well as creation of new reports according to requirements;
• Production of various types of analysis (profitability, activity, dynamics, concentrations, etc.) in the context of clients and products;
• Identification of notable trends and possible problems based on data analysis, preparation of relevant analytical conclusions;
• Participation in updating and creating databases needed for financial reporting, control of data accuracy and completeness.

Qualification requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance;
• Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in data processing, reporting, and/or analytics. Experience working with databases;
• Technical knowledge:
• High-level proficiency in MS Excel is required;
• Knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases is required;
• Knowledge of the structure and interconnection of basic financial reporting forms (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement);
• Knowledge of Power BI is desirable;

• Ability to solve complex problems;
• Ability to work independently;
