Restaurant Supervisor

Hotel ROSHE GUDAURI is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordination of hall work: managing daily operational processes of the restaurant

• Interaction with guests: warm and friendly reception of guests, establishing effective communication with them, responding to feedback and quickly and professionally resolving misunderstandings/problems that arise.

• Organization of breakfast buffet: ensuring the smooth functioning of the hotel's breakfast buffet, timely opening of the hall/buffet line, cleanliness, replenishment and effective reception of guests.

• Team management and training: distribution of work, briefing, training of waiters and auxiliary personnel and control of standards of friendly communication with guests.

• Quality and cleanliness control: strict adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards in the hall, bar and breakfast area.

• Cash and reporting management: control of cash operations, order system (POS) and shift closing accounts.

Qualification requirements:

Experience:

• Work experience as a supervisor or senior waiter in a hotel restaurant

• Practical experience in organizing and serving a hotel breakfast buffet is required.

• Language skills (required):

• Fluent knowledge of the Georgian language;

• Necessary knowledge of foreign languages at a good communicative and professional level

• Technical skills: knowledge of restaurant management programs (e.g. Micros, Resto, POS) and cash registers.

• Personal skills:

• Ability to communicate effectively, openly, politely and friendly with guests;

• Leadership, team motivation and management skills;

• Ability to work effectively in early hours and punctuality;

• Ability to make quick and correct decisions in stressful situations.
