For job seekersFor employersPro for job seekers: make sure your application is read
findjobs.ge launches Pro for job seekers: for 10 ₾ a month, every application reaches the employer in full, near the top of their list. Applying stays free, and every subscription goes back into the site.
For job seekersDouble points weekends: every application sent on Saturday or Sunday counts twice
From 10 October, applications sent on weekends earn double points on the Candidate Highscores and the daily limit doubles to sixteen. Employer actions score as always.
For job seekersCandidate Highscores: the most active job seekers now go first
findjobs.ge launches Candidate Highscores, a free monthly ranking of job seekers. The ten most active send in gold, pinned first in the employer’s inbox; everyone earns Gold Tickets. 1,062 applications in 30 days, 16 times our first week, and 10,676 live vacancies.
The Georgian job market, in numbers
7,649 open vacancies on 15 September 2026, each counted once: what they pay by field and city, who is hiring, 427 new vacancies a day, and one in five gone within two weeks. Every figure from the live board.
For job seekersThe fit score: every listing tells you where you stand
Signed in, every listing on findjobs.ge now carries a number from 0 to 100 that answers one question: can you do this job. Five measurements you can read, city and pay kept out of the number, nothing shown to employers. Before an application leaves, your CV is read the way an applicant system reads it, and the findings name the exact words to fix.
For job seekersFor employersThe board first, quick picks, and a workspace of your own
The home page now opens on the listings themselves, a row of quick picks cuts a board of nine thousand down to what fits you, and your account became a workspace: applications with their stage, an applicant desk for employers, and a passkey to sign in with one tap. All of it free.
Meet the findjobs assistant
The site now talks: describe the work you want and it finds it, or describe who you are hiring and it writes the vacancy in three languages. Free on both sides.
For job seekersFor employersThree weeks in: thank you, Georgia
Since 5 August: 7,900 vacancies from 2,800 companies, listings read 54,000 times, a worldwide remote section, and an iPhone app. Everything the site does today, and a thank-you.
For job seekersA profile that applies for you, even without a CV
Job seekers can now keep a photo, their education and their work history on their account. Every application sent afterwards carries all of it, so an employer sees real experience even when there is no CV attached.
For job seekersApply to almost any vacancy without leaving findjobs.ge
Most vacancies can now be applied to directly on findjobs.ge. Your application is emailed to the employer, you are told who receives it, and their reply comes back to your conversation here.
For job seekersFor employersOptional identity verification, and better search visibility
Job seekers can optionally verify their identity, handled in house rather than by a third party, so employers can tell a real applicant from a throwaway account.
For job seekersFor employersWork permit guidance, co-founder listings, and richer conversations
A free guide to working legally in Georgia as a foreigner, a listing type for people looking for a co-founder rather than an employee, and replies and reactions inside conversations.
For job seekersCandidate accounts, two-factor security, and job alerts
Candidate accounts with two-factor sign-in including passkeys, plus job alerts that tell you about matching vacancies as they appear.
For job seekersFor employersReviews from people who were actually hired, and interview scheduling
Employers now carry a public record, with reviews written only by people who were actually hired, and interview times proposed inside the conversation.
For job seekersFor employersTelegram channels, one-off gigs, and moderation
New vacancies post to Telegram automatically, one-off gigs became their own listing type priced by hour or day, and every listing passes moderation before it appears.

findjobs.ge opened: vacancies across Georgia, seeker profiles, messaging between both sides, and every listing readable in Georgian, English and Russian.
