On 4 August the board was empty. Seven weeks later: 8,761 live vacancies from 3,084 companies, 23,250 unique visitors in thirty days, and native apps for Mac and Android now in beta, with Windows and Ubuntu in work. Every figure checkable from the open stats endpoint.

Five measurements you can read, city and pay kept out of the number, nothing shown to employers. The Talent Index: the job market stops being a noticeboard
Applying for a job on findjobs.ge now means being findable by every employer on the board, indexed by what you can actually do, with your name, your CV and your phone number released only when you say yes. Every employer gets three days of Pro free to see it, and whoever subscribes at today’s price keeps today’s price for as long as they stay.

13,710 people visited findjobs.ge in the last thirty days and opened its listings 229,285 times since launch. Posting a vacancy stays free. From today employers can add Pro, a promoted listing or a banner, announced here before it appears, as promised.

The board first, quick picks, and a workspace of your own
The home page now opens on the listings themselves, a row of quick picks cuts a board of nine thousand down to what fits you, and your account became a workspace: applications with their stage, an applicant desk for employers, and a passkey to sign in with one tap. All of it free.

Employers can now take over the mirrored copies of their adverts in about a minute: every listing with their contact address moves into one account, applications arrive in a dashboard, and editing, bumping and removal work like any direct listing.

Read and translate a CV without downloading it
Employers can now read an applicant CV in the page, translate it into their own language, and download it only if they want to. Uploads are also checked for macros and active content before they are passed on.
